Prodcut description

Rimonabant is an anorexia anti-obesity drug produced and sold by Sanofi-Anantes. It is the inverse agonist of cannabinoid receptor CB1. The main way is to reduce appetite. Rimonabant works by blocking the binding of endogenous cannabinoids to neuronal CB1 receptors. Activation of these receptors through endogenous cannabinoids such as anorthidine increases the appetite of an individual. By blocking the activation of the receptor, an appetite suppressant may occur.
How does Rimonabant work?
Rimonabant (Acomplia) plays an important role in the regulation of glucose and lipid (or fat) metabolism, including adipose tissue, liver, gastrointestinal tract and muscle, by selectively blocking CB1 receptors found in the brain and peripheral organs.
Acomplia closes the same brain circuit, causing people to go hungry when smoking.
CB1 receptor blockade with Acomplia is a decrease in the overactivity of the endocannabinoid system (EC system) .3 The EC system is a recently described biological system that includes receptors such as CB1 receptors and Has been shown to play an important role in CB1 receptor blockade to regulate body weight and control energy balance, as well as glucose and lipid (or fat) metabolism.
What is Rimonabant used for?
1) Rimonabant (Acomplia) is being used to supplement diets and exercise to treat obese or overweight patients with type 2 diabetes and abnormal levels of blood in the blood.

Dosage
